About Wine 201: Regions

The question of why we like wine can be answered by anyone, anywhere, any time. It tastes great. If you like it, love it, or in some cases, are obsessed with it, this simple answer reigns pure and true for taste is the one sense of ours we can control. The sounds the world makes, the smells it creates, and the sights it beholds are often things we take in at its bidding. But our sense of taste is truly a wonder. It’s truly a gift. It’s truly and entirely why we like wine.

Consider then an exploratory course that dives deeper into the elements of the liquid wonder we have all come to enjoy and love.  This 4 week series will meet between 3-5PM on Saturdays to delve deeper into the history, viticulture, vinification  and predictable characteristic of wines from their various regions.  We will will cover France, Italy, Spain and German/ Hungarian/ Croatian.  The class is for wine lovers who are interested in getting to next level of their wine drinking and knowledge....  If you are new to wine ask about our Wine 101 series.

4 week class series: $75 per person plus tax
