About The Book Club

Hello I'm Katie and I started book club with the sole idea in mind there are other book nerds like myself whose close friends might not be. Creating any kind of group club is a great way for people who have something in common to come together and meet new friends. To have the book club where I work is not a hidden mystery nor is it an uncommon idea. I wanted to expose the hard work the entire crew at My Wine Cellar has been doing by combining two things I love – reading and wine. But the truth is, people before and many people after me have and will have the same idea to have their book clubs (and other parties) at a wine bar, specifically (and hopefully) ours.

• Raffle at the end of the night includes the copy of the next month’s book and a bottle of wine!
• All book clubs start at 7p.m.
• We have a great time every time whether the book is comedy, drama, or thriller. The genres of books are wide open, but please don’t expect all “Oprah”-type kind of books. We appreciate open minds to go with our open books.
• For every book club you attend, you will have one book title entry for future book clubs.
